VOLUNTEERING AT NIGHT VISIONS INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION IS OPEN FOR THE MARCH EDITION OF THE FESTIVAL!

Join us in making Night Visions happen! We are looking for volunteers for different positions. The chosen volunteers will get a chance to participate in organizing the festival, get experience in events and meet new people.

You can now apply for the November edition of Night Visions. The festival is held in Helsinki during March 25. – 29. 2025. Volunteers are needed before and during the festival. Volunteers are required to be at least 18 years old.

All volunteers will receive a festival badge which they can use for a free entry to all screenings that are not sold out. Depending on the position and the amount of shifts, some of the volunteers will also receive meal tickets.

The volunteer application is open until the beginning of March and the chosen volunteers are informed mainly by e-mail. If you are chosen, please confirm your place by replying as soon as possible.

Volunteer positions:

Catalog and poster distributor distributes the festival catalogs and posters mainly before the festival.
Driver, Catalog and poster distribution distributes the festival catalogs and posters by car mainly before the festival.
Cinema worker works at the cinemas in different tasks during the festival.
Sales person sell tickets and/or merchandise at the cinemas during the festival.
Guest host hosts the filmmaker guests during the festival.
Driver works as a driver before and during the festival.
Photographer takes photos during the festival.
Videographer records video during the festival.
Social media assistant updates festival’s social media.
Venue decorator helps with decorating the festival venues before and during the festival and wrapping after the festival.
