ONSEN SHARK, the Japanese shark film sensation by Morihito Inoua, will have its nationwide theatrical premiere in Finland on Friday, November 7, 2025. The dialogue track of the version released in cinemas all across the country is in Japanese, and all screenings will include subtitles only in Finnish.
However, there’s one more chance to catch the film with English subtitles in Helsinki, namely at its sneak preview screening at WHS Teatteri Union on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Tickets (12,00 e per piece) are available now at the venue’s website (which is all in Finnish, but you’ll figure it out):
Official age restriction of the film in Finland is “16”.
The lobby bar of the venue is serving beverages before and during the screening, and you are allowed to take your drinks bought at the bar to the screening room.
